Welcome to my world, where I strive to capture the beauty and essence of nature on canvas. There’s a particular smell when the tide recedes, revealing the sandy banks, or when the earth is soaked after an afternoon storm. I try to recreate those moments—the rising sun over a field, the moon drifting above the marsh, and the colors that shift with each sunset. These scenes, with their ever-changing textures and rich hues, are what inspire me.

With a Bachelor of Science in Arts Education from Barton College, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my love for art with high school students for over 12 years. Growing up in Sampson County and spending my summers along the coast in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, I’ve always been surrounded by the landscapes that now fill my work. Through my art, I hope to invite you to experience the same sights, sounds, and sensations that stir me each day—a connection to the natural world that’s all around us.
